️ Umowa najmu na czas nieokreślony:
• An indefinite contract without information about eviction, where okres wypowiedzenia must be registered (usually 1-2 months).
️ Umowa najmu okazjonalnego:
• A contract for a specific period, convenient for the property owner. If tenants do not pay for housing, the owner can easily terminate the contract. The main condition is the availability of alternative housing in Poland, where the tenant can move in if the contract with the owner is terminated.
️ Umowa najmu instytucjonalnego
• Entrepreneurs and firms engaged in renting apartments use institutional rentals.
