II. Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
− conclusion and execution of contracts for the sale and management of real estate (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
− fulfilling the legal duties assigned to the administrator (Article 6, para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
− implementation of the administrator's legitimate interests, in particular filing claims, ensuring security and conducting direct marketing (Article 6, paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR),
− conducting marketing activities — on the basis of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), including sending commercial information electronically.
III. Data recipients
Data recipients may be: - Authorized employees and co-employees of the administrator,
− entities that provide accounting, legal, IT, marketing, hosting services or maintaining IT systems.
IV. Data retention period
The data is stored:
− during the term of the contract and the limitation period for claims,
− within the period established by law (for example, tax law),
− in the case of data processed on the basis of consent — until its withdrawal.
V. Data subject rights You are granted the following rights related to the processing of personal data, subject to the conditions and grounds established by the GDPR provisions:
• the right to access your personal data;
• the right to request that your personal data be corrected if it is incorrect;
• the right to request the deletion of your personal data, for example, when the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected;
• the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, for example if the processing is unlawful;
• the right to object to the processing of your data due to your special situation — in cases where processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller;
• the right to data portability, that is, the right to obtain from the data controller your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format that you can transfer to another data controller or request that the data controller transfer this data to another controller, provided that this is technically possible;
• the right to withdraw consent, but taking into account the possibility of processing your data on the other grounds set out in paragraph 2 above, when withdrawing consent, data may continue to be processed if there are purposes and other legal grounds specified in paragraph 2
VI. Right to lodge a complaint
In case of a breach of the GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
VII. Voluntary provision of data
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract, as well as, in the case of marketing activities, for their implementation on the basis of consent.
VIII. Cookie policy
The administrator's website uses cookies to:
− ensuring the proper operation of the service,
− analysis of visitor statistics (for example, Google Analytics),
− conducting marketing activities, remarketing and customizing advertising content,
- remembering user settings (for example, language preferences)
